General Conditions Gol Courier acts as a courier and logistics service provider to lakshadweep islands and vise versa and will not be held liable for any loss or damage except as outlined here. Customers are responsible for providing accurate details of the shipment, including sender and receiver information. Prohibited Items The following items will not be accepted under any circumstances: Drugs, narcotics, alcohol, Explosives and restricted drinks. Owner’s Risk Items These items will be accepted only at customer’s own risk like Valuable Gold & Jewells, glass items, mirrors, tiles, photo frames,TVs, monitors, laptops live plants, food items with short life span etc.. Delivery We try our best to deliver on time, but delays may happen due to weather, transport issues or government rules. Wrong address or contact details may cause delivery failure. Charges Courier charges must be paid in advance at mainland for buyhand items and other parcels charges may be paid at the respective islands. Packaging Responsibility Customers must ensure proper and secure packaging of goods. Fragile items must be cushioned and packed safely to withstand transport handling. We'll pack thoroughly by our own standard after receiving any parcels. Liability We will make every effort to deliver consignments safely and on time. However, we are not responsible for: Damage or loss of prohibited or “ownerrisk” items. Delays caused by weather, transportation strikes, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control. Incorrect delivery due to wrong addresses or contact details provided by the customer. Delivery & Tracking Estimated delivery timelines are provided but not guaranteed. Customers can track consignments using the tracking ID provided. Disputes Any disputes must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Gol Courier’s decision will be final in all matters relating to claims and disputes. Amendment of Terms Gol Courier reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
